Functions
The Technical Commission for the European Earth Observation Programme Copernicus, in its meeting nº 5 held on 12th December 2013, decided to create the Working Group COPCAT (GT CT3:COPERNICUS COPCAT).
The functions assigned to this group are working to draw up proposals to be presented to the calls for participation for COPERNICUS/HORIZON 2020.
