Spatial Data Services Implementing Rules Adoption

On the 10th of December, the Commission adopted the regulations containing the implementing Rules for the Spatial Data Services.
With the adoption of these regulations, the legislative development phase of INSPIRE is now completed and all implementing rules mandated by the INSPIRE Directive are available for the full implementation of the Infrastructure for Spatial Information in the European Community and beyond.
