Functions
The Technical Commission of Geographic Information of the Local Administration of Catalonia, in its meeting nº 8 held on 14th July 2010, decided to create the Working Group for drawing up the technical specifications of the Streets Base of Catalonia (GT CT2:IG ALC BC).
The functions assigned to this group are defining the data model and elaborating the technical specifications of a streets base that includes the information required by the different interested bodies, that serves as a data sharing model and takes into account the existing European and national standards or in definition phase (INSPIRE, General Administration of the State, etc.).
